How do I book a shoot?
Book online through our order portal. Pick a package or individual services, choose a time and you are set. If you have a question first, text or call us.
Can I pay when the listing sells?
Yes. After a one-time setup on our booking portal, you can choose to pay $0 up front on any listing and pay for your media at close.
Where in Utah do you shoot?
We cover the Wasatch Front and central Utah, from North Ogden and Plain City south to Delta, Ephraim and Price. Our home base is Springville.
What is the difference between Standard MLS Video and Premium Agent Video?
Standard MLS Video is a quick, clean edit with minimal drone footage where regulations allow, in vertical or horizontal. Premium Agent Video is a 60-second cinematic reel with optional agent-on-camera moments, voiceover, smooth drone footage and premium captions made for social media.
What is the difference between real and virtual twilights?
Real twilights are photographed on site right after sunset, from the ground and the air. Virtual twilights are daytime photos edited to a dusk look. Several of our packages include virtual twilights, and real twilights can be added to any shoot.
Do you do 3D tours and floor plans?
Yes. We create Zillow 3D Tours with an interactive floor plan, and floor plans can be added to photo orders. Our Base package includes a basic floor plan with measurements.
Do you offer headshots and branding content for agents?
Yes. Our Branding Photoshoot is a 1-hour session with multiple outfits and props, and our Branding Video is a 30 to 60 second captioned clip built for social media.
